Shipping policy

To serve our customers best, ArtbyReneGallery.com offers a wide range of shipping options to meet your needs that can be selected at check out.  Please see below for full details on each option. 

Free Local Pickup:

  • Local customers may wish to pickup their orders in-person by appointment only at the artists studio in beautiful old town Niagara-on-the-Lake
  • Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by email with instructions typically within 2 business days
  • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo ID when picking up your item(s)

Free Local Shipping:

  • Local customers within 50 km of the artists studio in beautiful old town Niagara-on-the-Lake can enjoy free local shipping directly to their home or place of business
  • Once your order is ready for delivery, you will be notified by email with instructions typically within 2 business days
  • Due to the value of our pieces and their fragile nature we ask that an adult aged +18 or older be available to receive the item(s) upon delivery

Canada Post Shipping:

  • We currently offer 3 shipping options via Canada Post;
    • Expedited Parcel
    • Xpresspost
    • Priority
  • For your convenience, when shipping with Canada Post, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date and tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped
    • Options and estimated delivery dates are subject to change at any time

Flat Fee Shipping:

  • Available only for select collections with custom shipping requirements
  • Large and multi-canvas pieces require custom packaging and shipping requirements not available at time of check out.  In order to streamline and expedite your order we provide flat fee shipping for these custom items
  • Due to the custom nature of packaging and shipping requirements for these items, an estimated delivery date can not be provided at check out but will be promptly provided to customers via email within 2 business days

A note about order processing times.  ArtbyReneGallery.com strives to process all new orders within 2 business days.  Processing timelines are estimates only and reflected in your estimated delivery date.

A note about packaging.  Excluding local pickup and shipping, all our items are shipped with protective bubble corner guards and sturdy jumbo kraft easy fold mailers designed for items such as fine art.
